The mission of Commuter and Off-Campus Living Programs (COCLP) CAS standard is to ensure that all students have equitable access to programs, services, and engagement opportunities regardless of their place of residence (CAS, 2009). The COCLP CAS standards advocate for and promote services, educational programs and engagement opportunities for commuter students and those living off-campus.
