The mission of the Adult Learner Programs and Services (ALPS) CAS standard is to ensure that adult learners gain equitable access to all relevant curricular and co-curricular opportunities of the institution. The ALPS standard ensures that programs and services support and advocate for the adult learner (CAS, 2009).
